Push myself during YOGA sessions...

GREAT YOGA SESSION!!  I listened to my body and let go.  I removed my glasses and used less visual cortex stimulation.  I FELT!!  It was amazing and exhilarating to be that in touch with my body.  I pushed passed thresholds and points when I wanted to give up.  It was a great mosey with myself.  If I can keep it up I will be ready to push myself.  This is just the foundational cycle!!
